The staff - men and women - who wish to work at the Children's Hospitality Center "MIKROLIMANO" of Philadelphia, should be characterized by the following:

 

• To understand him deeplypurpose which is carried out in the Center, which is the rescue of natural life and the creation of the conditions for the real regeneration of children and adolescents in every area of their lives.

 

• Respect to God, in the work of Jesus Christ and in the principles of God, as they are expressed in the pages of the New Testament.

 

• Respect for man - who was created by God in His image, to be like Him in His personality - regardless of origin, color, religion, "level", and special situation.

 

• Humble spirit. It is about the man who has realized, in some measure, how much mercy God has made in his life, how much he has forgiven him, what divine patience has brought him safe to this day and what honor he enjoys in offering his services to them who need them, until they stand on their own feet.

 

• Patience - longsuffering. Those who have raised their own children, understand what this case means - the adventure of a lifetime. On planet Earth where everything is shaped and shaped, extreme conditions and difficult situations are almost the norm. In these circumstances we need patience, longsuffering, a controlled mouth, God's wisdom and determination to move on to the goal  us, looking forward to the intended result.

 

• Abstinence. It is a basic condition of teaching effectiveness. In food, in drink, in clothes, in sleep, in words, in spending, in showing off, in firstness, in anger, in nerves, in football, in any substances of body and soul. Dependent people, who themselves know their kind of dependence, regardless of whether no other person knows it, should seek and experience God's deliverance first, and then join the service of the younger ones. It is particularly pointed out that people who smoke cannot serve at the Center as smoking is strictly prohibited in all its spaces and outdoor areas.

 

• Modesty. It is that behavior which is inspired by the ways and attributes of God and thus attracts the souls and interest of the younger. It is not that behavior that draws attention to external features, causing instincts and bad competition.

 

• Clean mouth. Clean behavior. A lot is heard and said every day. Many of them should not be said, heard or commented on. There are sounds that act like rapping, fire, explosion. They hurt, insult, defile, dishonor, provoke, separate.

 

• Peaceful spirit –forgiveness. Something happened that shouldn't have happened. We are humans. Let's calm down, let's let it settle down. And let's meet again with a condescending smile. Let's apologize. We have nothing that separates us. We have eternities that unite us. And for now we are all human and we are all guilty somewhere.

 

• Bid disposition. The Center is certainly not a place to relax. It's not a chance to win or get rich. It is a place of work, service, offering, next to a God who pulsates with life, creative plans and unceasing, systematic activity for the salvation and support of His creations. The "MICROLIMANO" Center is an opportunity to activate and express every good potential for the glory of God and the promotion of His life processes.

 

• Conscription.   The center  "MICROLIMANO" is a place that rescues children from the abyss of dark philosophies and perceptions, but also from the scourge of inhuman behavior. Thus, any political, social, religious or doctrinal confrontation, any attempt to respectively prevail and impose any perceptions on others, is an unacceptable practice that damages, diminishes, insults, irritates, destroys and completely opposes the purposes of the Center.

 

• Volunteering. The effort of the Center relies to a great extent on volunteers. That is, to people who appreciate the specific project and want to participate in fulfilling its purpose.
